Delivery & Shipping Policy
1. Being a software development company, almost all of our products and services are intellectual in nature or in the soft form. Therefore all such products and services shall be delivered through electronics modes like email, shared drive, and customer account on our website or any portal that is controlled and managed by RESPICITE LLP. 2. In case there is any such product or related hardware, then the same will be delivered by DTDC courier or equivalent and the shipping ID or tracking ID will be share with the customer via mail to track the shipment. 3. We or our delivery partners do not work on Sundays and other holidays, so customers are advised to consider this in their estimated delivery time. 4. The estimated delivery time depends on the following factors: a. The product b. Product's availability c. The destination to which you want the order shipped to and our location 5. There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase from our website and the prices are final and all-inclusive.
